At FM we pride ourselves on being a small, friendly community college focused on your success as a student. As you walk onto our campus, you’ll feel the friendly atmosphere, see people who know each other and who will know you, and experience an academic environment that fosters excellence. Our faculty are approachable and our staff is very willing to help you.
Another unique aspect of FM is the diversity of our students. While most of our students come from Fulton and Montgomery Counties, our student population comes from across the Country and around the World. In fact, we have students from Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America. Because our campus is small, you will have the opportunity to meet many of these individuals and get to know them personally.
You can choose from a multitude of academic programs. From Liberal Arts to Engineering, from Biology to Theatre, from Education to Computer Information Technology you will find a program that’s right for you. And if you’re not sure which program will take you where you want to go, we can help you figure that out too with our excellent academic advisors.
What you can’t do at FM is hide. We’ll know you. We’ll know how well you are progressing in your studies. And we’ll get to know your strengths and areas for improvement. You won’t be just a number.
FM offers dozens of clubs and student activities designed to provide you with learning experiences outside of class, recreation, fellowship, and the opportunity to make new friends. FM has it all.
